Service Description

An in-depth holistic assessment will take place involving a full analysis of presenting complaints, diet, medications, relevant bodily systems, history, pathology, anthropometric measurements, history, diet and lifestyle. Nutritional status is then evaluated along with system interactions that may be interfering with optimal health. A personalised treatment plan will be created providing diet, lifestyle and prescriptions (where necessary) to ensure you achieve your individual health goals.
